Planning is a key phase in new construction. The first thing to consider is the building site. Lot size, orientation to sun, and slope will have a big impact on the future home location, design and orientation. We work with a team of engineers, site work professionals, architects and building supply companies to put together the right home for each site.

Our design process addresses home design, flow, materials and overall site layout to ensure we build a home to last for years. Design has many stages. We start with layout and flow, then move to details affecting functionality, then on to aesthetics. To help our clients envision their home, we use Chief Architect software to create renderings that are helpful for making decisions on layout, materials, and color.
build it.
The building process is where our team covers all of the bases. In addition to our core capabilities of design, project management, and carpentry, we work with a team of talented trade professionals to build each home from start to finish.
